Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Bacon Biscuit Pleasers

Biscuit Pleasers

4 Slices of Applewood Bacon

1 Medium Jalapeno sliced

1 Can of Flaky Biscuits

1 Small block of Cheddar Cheese

1 Small box of Cream Cheese

1 Bottle of Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

1/2 lb of Sliced Ham or your favorite meat

1 1/2 Stick Real Butter

1 Box of Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 1:

Place sliced bacon slices on a broiler pan and bake until crispy and brown.

Step 2 :

While your bacon is cooking in the oven, you can start working on the food prep. Wash Jalapeno real good and pat dry with paper towel. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter and pour into a wide bowl for dipping. Pour Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers in a large baggie and beat into crumbs, pour into a wide bowl for dipping. Slice your Cheddar Cheese and Cream Cheese into 1 by 1 inch chunks, then place on a plate, and set aside. Slice the Jalapeno into thin slices, cut slices in half, place aside. Pour 1 Cup of Raspberry Chipotle Sauce into a bowl, set aside with other ingredients. Slice your Ham or choice of meat in half and place on a plate, set aside. Remove Bacon from oven and pat with a paper towel removing excess grease. Place Bacon on a plate and set with all the other ingredients.

Now, Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3:

On a clean surface, roll each biscuits out into 4 inch diameter, with either your hands or a rolling-pin, which ever one you choose. Now, start adding ingredients to each biscuit. I made 2 kinds of Biscuit Pleaser, one with Bacon, Cream Cheese, Jalapeno slices, and Roasted Raspberry Chipotle sauce on top. Make sure you don’t fill the biscuits too full, especially with the Raspberry Sauce, the biscuits will not fold as good. After, filling your biscuit up with your choice of ingredients start folding the sides of biscuit to the center, pinching together, then fold each end to the center, and pinching together as well, give them a good extra pinch so they will stay secure while baking. The other Biscuit Pleaser I made today was with, Black Forest Ham, Cheddar Cheese, and Jalapeno slices. Continue to fill each biscuit and fold sides and ends to the center of the biscuits pinching really good. (They will look kinda like a small envelope.)

Now, you are going to dip each filled biscuit in melted butter, then roll them in the crushed crackers covering well,

and place on a cookie sheet lined with Parchment Paper.

Now, place Biscuit Pleaser in center of oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden flaky brown.

Let cool 5 minutes. Serve with The Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce or your favorite topping.
